Fair Trade Organic medium roasted Arabica coffee. This roast is aromatic, well balanced, featuring a mild body and excellent taste. This is NOT a blend. This coffee comes from the highest elevation of Nicaragua that does not develop the high acidity that is associated with many Central American coffees.
